HOW DO I PLACE THE ORDER?
Simply choose the model you want on the product page, then click the "Add to Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from our shop usually ship within 3-5 business days. For international orders, transit takes an extra 1 to 2 weeks.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING.
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier may miss an order. If the tracking number still doesn't work after a few days, please contact the carrier.
I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
Orders from our shop usually ship within 3-5 business days. For international orders, transit takes an extra 1 to 2 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days (domestic) and 15 business days (international), please contact us for prompt assistance.
